I dig thick bacon and ordered the slab last time but they also offer thick sliced bacon as well. It doesn't shrink as much as other bacons and it's the same stuff they serve at BLD, Hungry Cat and other great restaurants.

I agree, Nueske's is possible the best bacon. I haven't tried Benton's, but to be fair I just ordered some from their online store.
